Austin Bowden

Austin Bowden holds a Master of Divinity from Liberty University and brings a strong background in Christian education and ministry. He previously served as the Bible teacher and chapel leader at SCA, where he guided students in faith and spiritual growth. Currently serving as a missionary from the United States, Austin combines his academic expertise with his passion for mentoring young people.

As Academic Director, he is dedicated to equipping the next generation with both knowledge and character, ensuring students are prepared to lead and serve with integrity.

Ignacio Atenas C.

Ignacio serves as Head of Administration and Finances, overseeing financial control and reporting, tuition collection, payroll, HR records, accounting processes, and campus logistics. He has led the development of a clear and detailed school budget, redesigned the tuition tracking system, and helped standardize operations across maintenance and support staff. He also contributed to improving the campus environment by redesigning much of the school’s gardens.

A graduate of Universidad del Desarrollo with a degree in Commercial Engineering (Distinción Máxima), Ignacio previously served as a university teaching assistant and was recognized for his dedication and quality of work. He brings strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and a commitment to excellence in stewardship.

Outside of work, Ignacio enjoys bonsai cultivation, board games, writing literature, and studying apologetics. He is passionate about helping make the school a greener and more sustainable place.

Jim Hurley

Jim serves as the High School Principal, bringing over 10 years of experience teaching math and physics at SCA. With a strong background in education and a calling as a missionary, he is passionate about guiding students both academically and spiritually, preparing them to thrive in their future studies and faith journeys.
